Çağla Oyman
Born in 1980, Çağla Oyman is the driving force and heart of Statera. Her academic journey began at the prestigious Özel Şişli Terakki High School, followed by her passion for finance at Istanbul University, where she graduated with a degree in Public Finance (Maliye).
With a strong background in the financial sector, Çağla combined her expertise and welcoming approach to found Statera Financial Advisory in Istanbul in 2014.
Today, she focuses on making foreign investors feel at home in the Turkish business world, turning complex tax laws and accounting processes into smooth, friendly, and reliable partnerships.

Ayhan Kuş
Born in 1981, Ayhan Kuş is the resident tax genius and legal compass of Statera. With a solid background in tax auditing at prestigious global firms like Grant Thornton, Ayhan knows the ins and outs of financial regulations better than anyone.
To be honest, he is a bit of a know-it-all when it comes to taxes—literally spending his nights reading tax laws and legal codes just for fun.
